Description
Our own fresh sausage blend of ground pork seasoned with salt, red pepper, black pepper, and garlic then stuffed in the traditional pork casing, which is then smoked to fully cooked perfection over aged pecan wood. Great tasting as a snack; and excellent to cook with.
